For our patients living in downtown Toledo, and those living east to the river, we added Oregon office location for their convenience at St. Charles Hospital, Physician Office Building, in Oregon, Ohio (1050 Isaac Streets Drive, #136, Oregon, Ohio 43616). This is part of our continued expansion, and in line with our full commitment to serving our patients.

As you know, we can now complete some of your diabetes lab work in office with only a few drops of blood.  We are also keeping our Toledo office location at 4411 N Holland-Sylvania Rd, #201, Toledo, OH 43623; and Yes, you can access digital copies of your test results, and other medical records that you request, through a free online account dedicated to you and managed by you.
