Walk to Cure Diabetes
Our Clinic team has joined the 2011 Northwest Ohio Walk to Cure Diabetes on Saturday, October 1st at the Ottawa Park in Toledo, Ohio.
It was organized by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). We were thrilled by the huge turnout!

Insulin Forward Education Classes

Diabetes Clinical Manager, Toledo Area, Medtronic Diabetes
Held in our Monroe Office (Map), these free classes help you learn about:
- Diabetes Basics
- Glucose Monitoring
- Nutritional Considerations
- Balancing Carbs and Insulin
- Intensive Therapy and Glucose Monitoring
The classes run in PAIRS; a pair is held every month.

REGISTER for any of these classes by contacting our office at 734-682-5243, leave your name and phone number, and mention your interest in signing up for these classes.
Alternatively, you can register online by visiting the Insulin Forward website. Click on “register”, and be prepared with a user name and password. The password must have 8 characters, and be a combination of letters and numbers. Once registered, you can take preliminary training, and also complete a pre-class survey.

Toledo Office Location
To be able to provide you with better services, as of May 1, 2011, we have MOVED our Toledo Location to a location that is exclusive to our patients. It is conveniently located close to the FRANKLIN PARK MALL, at 3840-C Woodley Road, Toledo, Ohio 43606. Therefore, as of May 1, 2011, we NO LONGER operate at our previous location, 4411 N Holland-Sylvania Rd, #201, Toledo, OH 43623.
We see our patients in our Toledo Location on all Thursdays, and the first, third and fifth Fridays of each month. We still see patients the second and fourth Fridays of each month at our Oregon location in the St. Charles Mercy Hospital Campus to serve our patients east of Toledo. We see our patients at our office in Monroe, MI Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
