Leah Jaroscak

Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Ohio Northern University in 2006. She then went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo in 2009 and continued her education to become certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Leah has worked in the medical field for nearly a decade, in both long-term and acute care; most currently as an RN at UT Medical Center. She is married and has a lovely little girl and two dogs. Leah loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and nature. She believes in individualized, patient-centered care and looks forward to helping patients achieve wellness.
